The GL 22, developed under Beurer’s “Make in India” initiative, combined German precision with advanced technology to meet the specific needs of Indian consumers. The device featured comprehensive capabilities, including average readings over 7, 14, 30, and 90 days, enabling users to track blood glucose trends effectively. These insights closely corresponded to HbA1c levels, a critical marker for long-term diabetes management, thereby supporting individuals and healthcare providers in enhancing diabetes care.
At the launch event in Jaipur, Sourav Ganguly expressed his enthusiasm for the product, stating, "Promoting a healthy lifestyle is something I have always valued, and I was honored to collaborate with Beurer India. The GL 22 Monitor empowered individuals to take control of their health, perfectly aligning with Beurer’s vision of making quality healthcare accessible to all."
